Postmaster is perfect for sending product updates and other important items and messages. It makes sure that recipients get your mail when they are online, rather than it being lost or ignored in a pile of offline mail.
Postmaster ensures that important mail items are never lost to capped delivery by checking each avatar's online status before sending. If they are online, mail will be delivered. If not, their name will be stored to the retry list. Postmaster will keep checking the list at regular intervals, and send to anyone who is online. It will keep doing this until the entire list has been sent, or until you stop it.
At any time you can pause the retry operation and:
♦ See the list of names already sent
♦ See the names still in retry queue
♦ Get a list of the names and UUID keys of the retry list
♦ Change the retry time frequency
♦ Order an instant online check and send
♦ Change the message and/or item to be sent
♦ Send mail to all the remaining names on the retry list, whether they are online or not.

Amazing Tool!
OMG! What an incredible tool!
I used to waste So Much time sending out notices. I wanted to make it personal, so I would find each contact in my friend list, copy and paste a note with their name on it... Yes, i didn't know any better!
I also manage events for a large group. I used to rely upon group notices, group IMs, and even these personal IMs but nearly two-thirds of these notices would be lost due to various issues.

This item does exactly what I wanted for a long time. It is the perfect tool to communicate with your customers.
For my first mailing I used the names of 600 most recent customers, inviting them to the season-market at my main store. Traffic (and sales!) increased significant.
The postmaster is easy to use and also generates useful reports. I can now even clean-up my list of customers.

As the owner of TnT Palais I can't imagine doing business without this tool. I use Postmaster for many customer service needs. Products and notecards no longer get lost when sent offline. This is what I been looking for!
I was very pleased when I discovered this product, I was getting tired of sending all my customers individually updates and finding new names, delivering manually, ect. Then I found this. This has been the best delivery tool I have ever found, Thank you very much!!!
Reliable gadget and great time saver
A great help and time saver, I got it mainly for sending product updates and can highly recommend it! It is extremely easy to set up and reliable in its function.
Great that the gadget is given in 3 different options as for prim counts when you need to have more then one server running.
I see several more areas I will use it for as well and I love the function that it won't deliver until the user is online, no more wondering if the item, notecard etc really reached the receiver.
