Ballinger's Reid House

Ballinger's Reid House is based on a house designed by the architect Neel Reid.

Enter the domed, circular Foyer and the main rooms are visible. Each a step up, to the left is the huge Living Room, with fireplace and access to the Loggia; to the right, the Dining Room with Fireplace, the Breakfast Room and Kitchen. Directly beyond the Foyer is the Stair Hall and then the octagonal Library, one step down, with fireplace. From Loggia, Library and Kitchen, you can step out to the Terraces.

Upstairs, a living Hall allows access to the Owner's Suite, consisting of Bedroom, Walk-in Closet and Ensuite, a Guest Room with Ensuite, and two further Bedrooms and a Hall Bath.

-Doors are owner-controlled, but currently set to open automatically and close after 13 seconds.
-Fireplaces are set to be on nights only, but can be set to Always or Never.
