This is a pair of scripts that allow to create a switch (or any prim that when is touched) will change the color of one or many lamps (or any other prim you want to change color).
The switch will present a pop up dialog where you can choose from many main colors and then from various shades of those main colors. See pictures.
Clear and easy to follow instructions are included on how to implement and customize the scripts in your cretions or any lamp you have permission to modify.

This is exactly what I wanted / needed for a Mothers' Day project for my sim!
I did, however, run into a problem. A couple problems. I was doing it late at night, and I forgot to change the channels in the scripts to a unique number per item. I wish there was a way to automate that.
Also, even with changing the 'only owner' variable in the script to FALSE and resetting, nobody but me could change the flowers. What setting did I miss to fix that?
