Welcome to the Dirty South, a decaying plantation home set along the bayou. From the decay of the bricks, the weathered columns and the decades-old wallpaper inside, you are clearly gentry who has fallen upon hard times, which of course you've taken in your stride.
The structure has a 30X30 footprint, comes with a full sculpted kitchen that can be deleted to remove 78 prims. There are functioning ceiling fans on the balconies, porch and veranda. Each room has it's own control that can operate the blinds and doors to that room. Comes crated using the Rex-Faux system for easy placement.
You get modify and copy rights so you can rez as many as you wish.
