The MZ Creations :: Modern Beach House /addition comes with:
■ Large livingroom/kitchen with lots of windows (The view is amazing).
■ Bedroom underneath the front deck (Or better known as the "Mother in laws Den" = ■only available in bundle deal.■
■ 2 Bedrooms / Or 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom/Closet (Your choice) separated by two sliding barn style doors. .
■ Office or bathroom area.
■ High Ceilings (Gotta love the high ceilings so your cam doesn't get stuck to it).
■ Large open floor plan.
■ Double sided fireplace.
■ Sliding barn style doors.
■ ZimberLab scripted doors.
■ Window blinds with room controllers (Adds 32 prims to the house, making it be a total of 342 prims.)
The house itself is a total of 313 Li/prims and has a footprint of 32m wide by 32 meters deep.
*Included in the rez box are window blinds. When all of them are in the house (32 prims) it will increase the total prim size of the house to 342 prims.
Included is a floorplan prim that serves as the houses rezz box. This will make it easy for you to decide were you want to place and rezz the house.
The house can be colored into what ever color you want. Simply go into edit mode and highlight the "Select Face" option in the build menu. From there you can select all the walls on the outside (or inside) and color them to your liking. Also the floors can be easily re-textured by yourself.

The Modern House bundle
The Modern House bundle is a great deal. It has a creative design, great textures, very attractive appearence, and all match each perfectly. I have bought several things besides this bundle and I have been very pleased with all of them. When I contacted the builder he was extremely helpful and
and very prompt ih his reply. And yes i agree, customer service does go a long way.
To sum it all up, would I recommend MZ Creations to other people, YOU BET!!
Wonderful Beach House and Flexible
I just ran across this build that someone had up and had to have it for myself. It's a timeless build. It feels so open, the ceilings are high, there is no awkward camera moments. Everything on this house is so easy to customize, you can have it your own way. It's cozy, spacious, the views from inside are fantastic. I had a question and sent a notecard and he answered that day. In the age of huge fancy builds, this is quickly becoming my favorite. I love the add-on house with this package and the boat dock as well. He also sells a pack of dock/rails etc if you want to expand your porch or walkways. It never flickers or fades in and out. This will be on my land for a long time to come.
This house and the creator are amazing!
My husband and I shopped around for weeks for a new house, but we kept coming back to this one. We've gotten so many compliments about how nice our house is! It's roomy and great for entertaining - we fit two large L-shaped couches into the living room with room to spare. All of the doors in the house are automatic open which we *love*, except for the sliding barn doors into one of the bedrooms, which just lends to privacy. The clock on the wall keeps SL time and we use the "granny flat" for a game room. The windows make the open floor plan seem even more spacious and we have full view of our property from every room in the house.
The creator is *amazing*! I notecarded him a question regarding possible retexturing of one of the rooms and heard back from him in under an hour. We had an updated, retextured copy of the house in an hour and a half! He's responsive, friendly and gave us exactly what we were looking for. I cannot recommend this house or this creator more highly!
Amazing
This house is amazing. The builder is very kind and helpful. Customer service goes a long ways. The windows are just what I wanted for my view. I will buy from him again. If you get this house you will not be disappointed. I don't leave reviews often but this builder deserves all the praise!
O.M.G I'm in love
This bundle is amazing! I absolutely love the suite under the deck. It can act like a mother-in-law suite or maybe a sunroom if decorated right. The beach hut is cozy especially with a fire pit in it and comfy pillows. I haven't placed the boathouse yet but I am in love with this house I don't plan on getting a new one for a long time! Also the creator is so nice and helpful!
