The MZ Creations :: Stilted Beach House comes with:

Size: The house can be placed in an area of 25 x 34 meters.

The house can be colored into what ever color you want. Simply go into edit mode and highlight the "Select Face" option in the build menu. From there you can select all the walls on the outside (or inside) and color them to your liking. Also the floors can be easily re-textured by yourself.
