The Beach Chateau

The MZ Creations :: Beach Chateau comes with:
■ Open livingroom/kitchen.
■ Bi folding patio doors (click and hold to bring up menu).
■ 2 bedrooms or 1 main bedroom + Office.
■ 1 bathroom (or perhaps small bedroom).
■ High Ceilings (Gotta love the high ceilings so your cam doesn't get stuck to it).
■ Outside patio (Perfect for outdoor living space).
■ Fade2Black image TV and a few decorative items.
■ ZimberLab scripted doors.
■ Window blinds with room controllers (Adds 11 prims to the house, making it be a total of 202 prims.)

The house itself is a total of 191 Li/prims and has a footprint of 32m wide by 32 meters deep.
*Included in the rez box are window blinds. When all of them are in the house (11 prims) it will increase the total prim size of the house to 202 prims.
Included is a floorplan prim that serves as the houses rezz box. This will make it easy for you to decide were you want to place and rezz the house.
