This is a family-sized home with a footprint of about 20x17 square meters (26x17 with patio). The home has a kitchen and living room on the first floor, and four rooms on the second floor. There is an optional back patio.
This place hasn't been updated since the 60s. It's seriously grungy, with dirt and stains here and there. The bedroom walls have hideous wallpaper and paint jobs, the paint is peeling off the windows and doors, and the kitchen linoleum is old and dirty. There's even a leaky window with a stained wall beneath it. In case you don't want the hideous wallpaper, I've also included a plain version, where all the walls are the same, neutral color. The house has been built so that most of the rooms can be retextured separately. It uses some mesh parts, so unlinking it will increase prim count.
