The design of these shops are based on a Mediterranean style you see often in Spain and Italy. Different from the Mallorca styled shops, the Palma shops are a bit more poshy! You can imagine to see these shop along distinctive avenues or at the Ramblas. The stained windows, the arches, the it gives all a look and feel of warm and sunny days and invites to enter and shop till you drop! This shop is very detailed but still has a relative low land impact.

HOW DOES THIS SHOP LOOK LIKE
Palma 2 has a footprint of 100 x 44 m. It has a land impact of 385. You find 4 shops in this building. Two big ones in the middle with 2 floors and 2 smaller at the sides. The big shops has also an entrance at the back. So double accessible and even easier to place in your mall. The second floor you can reach by easy-to-walk-on stairs. All floors and walls can textured separately, so no fear to demolish the design in the next-door shop. The shop is modify so you can change things to your liking and make nice combinations with the other Palma shops to create a nice shopping area.
