I created Rent a Bone for a dog auction sim, it rents out space by the day so great for short term lease needed at auction.

It supports a manager so if you as owner are busy your manager can clear a rent if needed and lock the bone too. Owner and manager get IM info on all rent activity. It has a split income option too if needed you can split your income with another avi with a percentage of your choice.

This rent system is lockable so if you only want people to rent 1 day you have option to lock Rent a Bone to stop further payments. Its copyable so rez as many as needed.

I make rent boxes to order so if you like the system but need it in a horse shoe or other shape just IM conrad evanier for info, I can also make rent systems to lease time by the hour if needed.
