Working MFD (Multi Function Display) as well as Analog Instrument Dials, Switches and a Monitor Screen.
Altitude HUD. The plane will either automatically rotate and climb or descend and level to the altitude you choose.
The SeaXwind seaplane can take off and land on the ground or on the water in either regular mode or wind mode. It can also taxi in and out of the water.
The SeaXwind has a new Automatic Landing system with a customizable notecard integrated into the HUD. You can either land at the 30+ airports listed in the HUD or add your own.
Once you choose your destination the plane will automatically descend to that airport. The system controls rate of descent and speed, you simply need to steer the plane left or right.
4 Automatic Take Off modes - Left / Straight long field & short field / Right
Built-in automated wind system.
Selectable wind direction HUD.
Independent rudder control for correcting yaw.
2 Flight modes - Normal mode & Cruise mode
2 Flap modes, normal and fast sink rate.
Articulated flaps and nose gear.
To operate the wind system type "ww" (without parenthesis) in chat and then toggle the wind direction by typing "w" repeatedly until you find the wind direction you want. The wind direction is also shown in chat.
The plane will now fly as though there's a wind force on it. The wind system is active and changes force depending on the plane's orientation to the selected wind direction. If the wind is coming towards the plane at a 45 degree angle there will be a moderate change in speed as well as a cross-wind/sideslipping effect. And if the wind is coming directly at the side of the plane there will be a maximum amount of cross-wind/sideslipping effect.
The force of the wind is also affected by the airplane's speed.

One of the best planes and creators in SL Now
I'm a NZ Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor and the plane flies awesome.
It's an lovely aircraft and flies like a dream. I've bought several of his aircraft and he's even supported Relay for Life by raffling several aircraft painted in RFL colours. As a 2017 cancer survivor I appreciate this immensely. I've got every one of his planes and they are among my favourites to fly in SL. Keep up the awesome work Java!
Awesome plane and affordable price
All the descriptions made by the creator about the plane, works perfect. Also the plane is great in simcrosses and long travels with lag also. I think one more Java did one step more in the future of SL Aviation. Congrats and thanks for make this quality in planes for all the SL pilots.
Decent plane for a fair price.
Notable differences from the industry standard:
-- The Main camera glitches occasionally due to sim crossing lag. The situation does not resolve by switching camera views, which would be industry standard. The pilot has to unsit and re-sit to reset the main camera.
-- MOD permission does not apply to scripts. That actually *is* industry standard, however it's also standard to clearly indicate so in the product description. No big deal, but still worth mentioning.
-- Texture stretch, distortion and templates: Trying to make your own custom paintjob for this bird is, it has to be said, *dreadful*.
* The UV templates that come with this model are out of alignment. Painting along the UV lines on both sides of the fuselage does not result in a symmetric look of the paintjob.
* The fuselage texture stretches along the entire fuselage, leaving only 2048 pixels resolution over the entire length of the aircraft. It looks extremely pixel-ish.
* The wing surface is very distorted, making it impossible to create any custom paintjob on them. The only option that looks decent is one single color for the entire wings surface.
* The good news is, mono-color paintjobs for the individual surfaces look reasonably decent, plus the factory livery doesn't look so bad at all.
-- Fuel system: It's missing. Bummer.
The aircraft does come with a generic instrument HUD that appears to sort of have a fuel figure in it, however the fuel consumption does not relate to power setting in any way.
Come on. It's easy enough to make a better fuel system.
-- Group Access and whitelists: Not available
Sure, if you are the type to just rez your bird and take off solo, that will hardly impact your fun.
But if you are planning on adding this product to your group's fleet, nobody but the owner will be able fly the plane when you aren't around.
Another serious downgrade, since implementing group access and whitelists is easy enough to do.

A Fantastic Plane
My very first plane, love it, once i get the hang of designing decals this will be my ultimate toy :)
Nice!
I think I bought this almost a year ago and still one of my favs. Easy, smooth flying. Lots of options. Great for cruising around
It's a beautiful plane! Flies excellent!
This plane seems to suit me nicely! I have many planes and have been flying in SL for many years but I've never seen them so smooth as they are now and this one tops the list of fun, and reliable planes. Other people have said the customer service is excellent, but they surpassed my wildest imaginings. It is modify so break out your paint brush and have at it, and make some design changes to suit your needs too. Very well done!
