Note: This plane comes out of the box with a white paint. You can easily change the paint of this plane by simply clicking it while not seated in the plane, click the paint button and choose one of the pre installed planes.
Stampe-Vertongen SV.4
The Stampe et Vertongen SV.4 (also known as the Stampe SV.4 or just Stampe) is a Belgian two-seat trainer/tourer biplane designed and built by Stampe et Vertongen. The aircraft was also built under licence in France and French Algeria.
The SV.4 was designed as a biplane tourer/training aircraft in the early 1930s, by Stampe et Vertongen in Antwerp. The first model was the SV.4A, an advanced aerobatic trainer, followed by the SV.4B with redesigned wings and the 130 hp/97 kW de Havilland Gipsy Major engine.
Only 35 aircraft were built before the company was closed during the Second World War. After the war the successor company Stampe et Renard built a further 65 aircraft between 1948 and 1955 as trainers for the Belgian Air Force.

This is my first plane ever build. It has a special place in my heart.
It is a very easy plane to fly, is very smooth over sim crossings and should not crash during normal use.
Inside the crate is a full detailed manual that will teach you exactly how to fly this plane.

This is a Great Bi-Plane. It Fly's Great!!! It looks beautiful! I always like Bi-Planes. Hoping for Tri-Plane. I have it out at my marina airstrip all the time.

It's a very fun little biplane and for 15L, I don't see why anyone would complain! It looks good, sounds good, and the HUD is kept nice and simple. As the description mentions, it's easy to fly, and I find that it does indeed cross sims very well.
To those having trouble getting the blue/yellow version: Simply rez the aircraft in a script-enabled area, then click it to get the menu and choose "paint". The creator has generously included several paint schemes, but if you want the blue/yellow one, it's named "Default".

it's not a good buy
I didn't find it as good as in previous reviews. The plane is delivered colorless, I remind you that the upload of the three textures after having modified them costs 30 L $ and it's not worth it. The plane is not maneuverable. It is almost impossible to land correctly as it is possible with airplanes that cost even only 13 times more, we are not talking about those that cost 100 times more.
Stuning for the price.

The physics are great, the detail is awesome, the HUD is good and it crosses sim lines wonderfully. You will love exploring SL in this little biplane!
