This store was originally made for the Xplosion sim.
Everything is made and textured by myself.
As you can see it is a flat shop, so no stair walk etc.
You will need about 55 to 42 meters in square to place it on the ground.
You can change the illumination by yourself if needed. All is modify, except for the DEMO.

As I am too lazy building my own store again as Mesh Version and time is too short, this building style is what I had in my mind. It is very well done and fits my taste so far. The attitude of the building is friendly and comfy. There is almost no loading time, textures and building appears like instant. Thank you!

Nice build great price , other mesh store creators need to pay attention to this the quality is as good if not better then the 3-7k buildings much appreciated make some more and steal the market on fine made commercial buildings that are not stupid priced.

A price wonder...
Amazing Quality for an Price i find more than fair. Perfectly textured, full of Details and excellent Mesh-Physic. The Creator seems to know what he does. Only one thing, there are two baked lights on the backside and no lamps but since the other lamps can be unlinked and copied, it was a few seconds to fix that. I´m happy with this great store ^^
