This package includes about 10 buildings all with ready made up collision, opening doors and have low landimpact.
As an extra you will get some dumpsters, waste and other linked stuff to the buildings that you can, if you want to, remove or extract from the linkset and put somewhere else on your sim.
Rezz it and choose for yourself if you want to have shops in there or not. They are also good for your rp sims.

Yes, you can reduce building depth if space is an issue.
Five stars and I've only looked at one building. I am working on a very limited space so essentially I needed building fronts with not so much building depth, and you can do this in edit. Unlink, play with stretch on the main body of the building, and then slide it forward to match the building facade elements, and then re-link. No prim loss. :)

Much more than title suggests
These are absolutely brilliant and much more than just scenery buildings.
Doors open, shop spaces can be used and many of the little bits attached to the buildings can be removed or altered so they can be used in many different scenarios.
Low land impact, great textures, superb details and very affordable.
