This is a Victorian Country style home, with blue green lap siding and white trim. It has 2 stories and a sunken garage on the bottom level. The garage is finished, so if not need for a car, can be converted into Rec, Media or Bedroom. There bottom floor has a large living room, with a dining area in the back and a separate kitchen, which could also be converted into a den. The stairs are hidden in the back of the kitchen.

The second floor has an open reading area in the front, with 3 good sized bedrooms. The room over the garage is also sunken. There is a front porch and also a smaller back porch, with door to the back. There are windows facing the back as well, so you can see into a backyard.

It features custom textures, but is Mod so they can be changed, if needed. All rooms are set up, so the wall textures can be different from each other and all windows have sculpted prim frames, so they do not change with the wallpaper.

The house has a 25 x 25 footprint, including the porches, but not the little stairs, that lead up to them. There is a good amount of living area and rooms & a raised main house, with lots of detail.

It has a nice Modern or Victorian look and the interior is done with Damask Wallpapers and moldings. Good for in town living, or out in the Country, Ranch or Farm.
