Large tri-level mesh stone library / book store / coffee house. High detail, low land impact stone / wood building coated in luxurious materials. Rezzes in four sections using the rezzer unit.
117 LI without the lights, 140 with the lights. The top landing level (15 LI) and lights (23 LI) rez as separate sections for easy removal. Modify permission! The footprint is actually slighty larger than 40x40 with a little overhang.
The included optional hanging lights are individually activated by owner touch.
