AGADIR FARIDA

The design of this house is based on a mixture of an Arabian house with some Mediterranean influences. This house is called FARIDA, which means 'unique or precious'. The details and decoration are so natural that after a few minutes you don't even notice, that you walk around in a virtual world but somewere in Marrocco hearing in the distance the call for prayer of the meuzzin. Sitting on your porch with the sound of the little fountain behind you, sipping your wine and gazing over the sea makes your life good!!

HOW DOES THIS HOUSE LOOK LIKE
The house has a footprint of 28 x 26 m and fits on a parcel of at least 1024 sqm but larger is recommended. With all the odds & ends it has a land impact of 234.

- A nice and shady porch with plants and Arabic fountain
- The planter in front of the house is filled with plants and climbing Ivy and Bourgainvillia
- A roomy livingroom with open fireplace and realistic woodfire and firetools
- A romantic bedroom
- A bathroom with sink and mirror, a jacuzzi and shower. A woodfire keeps you warm when your stay in bath is longer then expected.

SCRIPTS INCLUDED
- The frontdoor is multi users lockable, The manual you find in the content tab of the door.
- All curtains open and close on touch
The vitrages move by the wind when you touch them.
- The blinds in bathroom are also to operate by touch in different modes: open closed and half closed.
- Open fire in living and bathroom and smoking chimney.
- The shower animations you operate by touching the red button in the front part of the bathtub and choose 'sit'
- The shower gives water when you touch the shower head.
The sit animations you find in the tiles in the roundsit of the tub. Touch and choose 'sit'
- The bathtub works, just push the buttons.

ATTENTION!!! It can happen that you need to reset the bathtub script after rezzing the house. Select the bottom of the bottom of the jacuzzi and reset the script Hot Tub Agadir in the content tab!

- The fountain just gives water.
- The outside wall lamps will lit automatically when the sun sets

LAND IMPACT: 234
Most of the parts in the house are set on Convex Hull in the Features tab. There were needed it is set on Prim. Best is not to change anything in that way, because then it can happen you can't go through doors or step in the bathtub or more of these issues.

ATTENTION!!!
For a good performance to see the house also from a bit of a distance Please set your RenderVolumeLodfactor on at least 4.
You do that in the ADVANCED MENU (Ctrl Alt D). Go to 'debug settings' or
'Show debug settings '. Fill in the box RenderVolumeLodFactor and change the number into 4.
