Compact Bathroom 1 PRIM Toilet sink combo with poses version 2 prim Versión REV A

Do you ever want a bathroom in your house but do not want to use up the Land Impacts? I do, so I created this combination compact toilet and sink. All using only 1 LI !! Ok, you want to at least sit on the CLOSED toilet seat? I include another version, that has 4 simple sit poses on the closed toilet lid. No, not for using it, just sitting and pondering! Ha!

This is a modern design, FULLY modify. NO HUD, Change the face colors and leave the texturing with slight shadowing for a nice quality mesh look, by editing.

Faces to edit for color change are toilet, wood cabinet, counter top with sink and the fixtures

To small? To big? Resize, fully modify.

Have two bathrooms? Full Copy.

I pack both versions with the white and brownish wood, along with slight gold hardware. All changeable.
