On the face of it, it is full perm then in another part it says its mod/copy, I will know for sure later.
I love it!
It is perfect for what I have been wanting for this build. I looked for days trying to find a texture to put on a prim in the attic and this fits the bill to a plumb! It is a nice crisp texture and somes with and with out a shade in 3 lovely colors. It is beautiful!
