** House Of Green Gables - Interactive Home & Garden Scene **

Instant Gardens are pre-built landscapes (often with homes) that sit easily on top of the ground. In a large sim they can be placed anywhere a cozy niche is needed, and if on a small parcel they can decorate your entire space (they are modifiable so you can copy a new plant here and there to blend the garden in perfectly with your land).

House of Green Gables is an enchantingly light and peaceful environment with a highly-detailed and beautiful quasi-victorian home. Lovely katsura trees with gently falling leaves surround a peaceful pond containing fish and slowly rotating leaves on water. Lush plantings of flowers, ferns, and shrubs also surround the pond. A deck by the pond provides a conversation niche to view the scenery and home from (muliple animations for couples, groups, and singles) and also rezzes accessories such as tea and wine you can really drink, as well as weather, sound, and fire elements. A small ladder leads out of the pond and onto the front porch.
There are also pond animations accessed via a small sign/controller to the left of the home.

* The garden moves as one piece the same way a large house with many linked sections does (rez-faux packaging system).

** Utilizes the low-lag pose system (rezzes cushions to sit on that disappear when not in use). All poses on are animations (no static poses).

The garden and home use 320 prims total, and they are copyable and modifiable.
You can move items around and modify it if desired.
You can also delete everything if you'd like to do something else with your land temporarily, and then easily rez the home and garden again at a later time.
