Dimensions are a lie.
I bought this house to fit on a 16m x 16m plot and it does not fit. The descriptions states the dimensions of this house inaccurately. I have effectively wasted my money on this as I cannot use it.

I love this house, I spent DAYS looking for a place that was low prim but looked like good quality so that I didn't have to suffer trying to decorate on my 512 land. Most the lowest I could find was about 48 prims which was good but not enough for what I wanted to do. I originally saw this place when i used to live in giano estates. Looks great up close and on the inside and with it being only 7 prims I was not only able to fully decorate but also do some landscaping. I completely recommend this place if you have a small piece of land. 3 rooms too!

Also purchased the modify version - two notes for you people also going for that: It is possible to properly modify the size of the house, but you have to do additional adjustments to the inner and a little to the outer wall component separately! Also, the prim count / land impact scales with the increase or decrease in the size of the building. I've never seen such a technology before, it's nice.
No regrets buying both versions, the author deserves it.
