The best part of the product is and let the competition look outdated.
- You don't relay on third parties to run this system like a website from CasperTech or a stupid SmartBot to invite people to a group!
If their service is gone, your rental service is messed up to! Nice right?
- With MACHESS you are your own boss, nice.
- Performance is very good. Very low script time and most important the STREAMING COSTS are sooo looow compared to other products like CasperTech etc.
Why? Because you have no connection to the internet which causes lag to the SIM.

Hmm, this is NOT easy to use at all. Its not only complicated... It has too many this and that and this other thing that all have to be done something to, connected to or connect by and all these extremely vague instructions that are impossible to read because they speak, and write very poor english.
This system is a total waste and rental offices are a thing of the past. There is NO need for them at all. This system wants too many prims to be deployed to make work.

Simple to Use & Setup But Lack Full Security Features for Renter
The system is simple to use and set up although it involve some reading and editing of the notecard. Seller also response promptly.
However, this complete security system (consist of Land Manager, Rental box, teleporter, controller and Server) will only be activated after a tenant pays rental. It does not arm the security system when a unit is vacant to protect the rental unit and facilities from being used by non-tenants. Not really suitable for rental owner who want to protect their property when the room or rental units are vacant.
