Juicy Boutique is a custom quality built original mesh building.

Juicy Boutique has a land impact of approximately 44 prims unfurnished and 65 furnished.

The build fits a land size of 187m2 with dimensions equal to 11 feet Wide By 17 Deep.
It can easily be resized but please be aware that it can increase the prim count.

All display furniture is approximately 1 -2 prims and mod/copy.

I have also included an information terminal that is 7 prims and the script can be edited to add store information.

The building can be re-textured but keep in mind the original has built in shadows/lights.

The structure has "full bright" turned off outside to take advantage of in-world lighting.
Inside full bright has been turned on.

Please see unedited pictures to get an idea of how different windlights enhance the building. I have used CALWAL and default lighting as a comparison.
