The Lux Structure is a custom quality built mesh building with a low prim count.
The Lux has a Land impact of approximately 90 prims unfurnished.
The build fits a land size of 1500 m2 with dimensions equal to 48 feet Wide By 31 Deep.
Please be aware of unlinking and linking mesh prims as they can increase the prim count.
The building is easy to resize. But if you would like to resize smaller you will need to unlink the stairs, rails and lights first. Resize the building then resize and fit in the stairs/lights.
The building is easily textured but keep in mind the original has built in shadows/lights.
The structure has "Full Bright" turned off to take advantage of in-world lighting. Please see unedited pictures to get an idea of how different windlights enhance the building. I have used CALWAL and default lighting as a comparison.

I like this store and it fits into my parcel perfectly. I would like to know if I could get the shadowmaps to the build so I can re-texture it. :D
