Footprint 14ft wide x 20ft deep - Perfect for small plot or rental.
Easily resizable. Prim count will increase or decrease depending on the size.
Note** The builds textures have shadows baked in, but can be easily re-textured.

Was looking for a nice little mesh build for my place ant this worked perfectly.
The creator was awesome sending me the textures so I could recolour and very helpful.
Defo recomend the item, store and the creator!
Very nice but....
Nicely build and good looking house/store.
Just a shame a door and railings by the stairs upstairs are missing.
You'll have to add these yourself if you want your place to look realistic.
The house is build for giants so you may have to scale it down.
