The Napanee is a sculpted log home with three large bedrooms, a kitchen, and a sunken great room with a corner fireplace. It has many custom sculpted parts and textures that are only found in Wolf River Homes.
This is a large home and has a large footprint, so please ensure your land is big enough before purchasing. Even though it is a large home, the utilization of sculpted pieces allows it to have a modest prim requirement of only 305 while still maintaining a nice level of detail.
The main room is sunken, with sculpted wood trim around the steps and realistic wood plank floors. The corner fireplace has a touch to light fire and smoke emits from the chimney when it's lit. The second fireplace in the master bedroom also has this feature and both fireplaces work independently. Wood trim and a sculpted tile hearth brings a nice level of detail to the stone fireplace.
The kitchen has custom cabinet and countertop textures and features sculpted appliances. The oven and dishwasher doors open at a touch, the gas burners of the stove light at a touch, and the sink fills with water by touching any part of it. A steaming teapot on the stovetop completes the kitchen.
Two sets of sliding patio doors off the kitchen area open onto a large deck. As with all my homes, the kitchen is a separate linkset and can be deleted if desired without affecting the rest of the build.
There are two more bedrooms upstairs with a loft hallway overlooking the great room. One bedroom has the home's second fireplace.
This home also comes with a security system. There is a control panel mounted just inside the front door which controls the doors, window tint, and security orb. The security orb is located next to the oven in the kitchen and can be hidden by changng the setting in the control panel. There are other items listed in the panel, such as blinds, lights, etc. These are not included but can be purchased from Scoba's if desired. Please note that only Scoba's (SYSCO) items will work with the control panel.
Don't let my low prices lead you to believe these are slapped together boxes. I search SL and RL for the best textures I can find and spend many hours making each home as nice as I can. I also create custom sculpted parts to keep prim count as low as possible. Look around and I'm certain you won't find a better home for the money.

All of my homes are copy/mod/no trans so you are free to make any changes you like to them. Some of the scripts are no mod and this will cause it to say no mod, but anything besides the scripts can be changed. If there is something you may want changed and don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, I will do my best to help out and make it your own personal home.
