The house comes with complete, menu driven, multi-user house control and security system. Easy to use, only one click takes you to the menu which controls the entire house:
-Security system with eject option
-Control the time of intruder ejection
-Control the range of ejection
-Add guests and owners via chat option
-Add more than one user with full access perm.
-Control privacy settings (window blinds)
-Lock/unlock doors
-Control light settings
-Keep track of visitors when you were offline
The security system panel board will show you at all time if you have eject option on or off so you don't have to go to your menu to check your settings.

You can modify and copy entire house and it's containing objects except the scripts(because you don't have the permission to modify the scripts the house will be shown as no modify in your inventory but you CAN modify it when you rez it). The house is not transferable.
The pictures of the cottage in world are NOT photoshoped.

Just what I wanted for my small parcel on the beach :)
I love this house!
The distressed texture, placement and design is high quality. It's not too big and the patio areas are perfect for socializing. The sunbeans are perfectly placed. Kudos!
Fantastic
This is a wonderful beach house with fantastic detail and textures. It's modifiable too so i've been able to make the bedroom and decking a bit bigger. It really looks fabulous on my little island and doesn't take up too many prims. I've been looking for something like this for a while to I was thrilled to find it on marketplace and I haven't been disappointed.
Gorgous
This is so full of charm it's untrue, and worth every single linden. Very well laid out and the security means there'll be no one wondering in who you don't want there.
