19 Coenties Slip was a real building located in lower Manhattan New York,
it, as well as most of the entire Coenties Slip neighborhood,
has been torn down & replaced with skyscrapers.

The building was used as "God's lighthouse mission",
and has been recreated with a retail space with back area,
as well as 3 floors of open space. (Usually lined with cots for sleeping)
Both have separate entry.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
**Fire escape IS removable without any texture issues with brick**
**ATTN: Like all Old New York buildings, this is not built to be broken in pieces**

Approximate dimensions: 13 x 9 meters
(That is not including fire escape, sidewalk piece & cellar)
Land Impact: 35. Copy / Modify / NO Transfer
BIS Version LI: 39. Copy / Mod / No Transfer.
**Scripts may be no modify.

The building is copy, modify. Feel free to change out door scripts, etc.

----> Re-texturing is not recommended.

Thank you for your purchase,

and as always if you have any questions,
or comments let me know.

Any updates are made to this building,
will be sent to you free of charge.

Great attention to detail and prim count

Schultz offers a great selection of period buildings with lots of detail and realism, which is all too rare and hard to find in SL. Clearly on par with the likes of Apple Fall, Fanatik and Dust Bunny. Good work!
