Urban decay, ghetto poster billboard with PBR and two projector lights you can change the color and power of with the [FYI] Light Hud.
UV map is included, as well as full perm PBR materials for the billboard design, so you can create your own and apply your billboard poster design on the PBR material. This keeps the unique material feel of the billboard while making it very easy for you to design your own.
