Designed especially to carry you on Ocean Engineering White-Water Rivers. This Inner Tube is also an off-sim vehicle that cam paddle up to 50 meters off the edge of your island into the Void Sea.

If you have and island or property on the edge of a sim, it looks like there is water off the edge but you normally cannot go there. Some people call this the Void Sea. Off-sim extenders allow you to place objects out there to improve the view, but until now you could not paddle out there yourself. Now you can paddle out to your off-sim extensions and check them out! This Tube breaks the barrier at the edge of the sim by paddling your avatar up to 50 meters into the Void Sea. It is possible to paddle all the way around your island if you have permission to be along the shore. Do you have Linden Water on your property? The Tube can seamlessly cross over and paddle on-sim as well.

To use the inner tube simply stand on the land or in the water near the edge of the sim. Rez “Offsim Inner Tube” onto the ground or in shallow water. Sit on the Inner Tube and use movement controls to paddle off-sim!
You can leave the Tube on your property for your friends to use.
If some of your off-sim extenders are Ocean Engineering Off-Sim waves, whirlpools, rocks or rip currents, you will be able to ride those features! Finally, the Tube will also work at skybox altitudes! Don't give up valuable land to make water to paddle in! Paddle Off-Sim!
The Inner Tube is not a high-performance vehicle. To work off-sim it must use a hybrid-physical-non-physical movement that is sometimes jerky. It will surf Ocean Engineering Off-Sim waves, but will not surf the excellent on-sim waves made by others in SL. But to use those other waves on your own property, you need to give up thousands of square meters of land to water. If you just want to casually paddle off your own beach and you have shorefront property on the Void Sea, this Tube will make that possible.
