I used this Build for my last Inworld store. Works great for a store, office, welcome center, Lodge etc...
Footprint:
You will receive the Building at
95m x 51m with a Land Impact of 435
It can be stretched down to
72m x 37m with a Land Impact of 435 with sufficient head clearance at entrances.
Included are 3 auto rez rez boxes.
One that has a red, brown & back texture scheme
One with a blue, brown & white Texture scheme.
& One with Red & Brown Shake Texture scheme.
28 Copy/Mod Textures to create a customized texture scheme to fit your parcel.
Working Doors with Modify-able movement and sound.
Extras - 3 types of desks, 3 types of Chairs, 2, types of Shelfs & a couple rugs.
The 2 Glass Offices can be removed if desired.
Note: the total LI is 435, but 70 of that is from the furnature I used.
Also, the Front Doors are stationary in the open position.
The Build is Copy/Mod to adjust as needed as well as add on or create additional matching buildings.
Walk-through all Riders Buildings Inworld, just find the TP board in the "Builders Square" Store.
