Small and cozy, the Rochester is designed for small lots but still has the Wolf River Homes warmth in the main room and bedroom, plus it has a large double garage for all your toys.
The garage is big enough to park two average sized cars and still have room for a workbench. A sliding barn door connects the garage to the main house. The two garage doors open and close at a touch, and work independent of one another.
The main room features log rafters and a stone fireplace with a touch to light fire behind custom made glass and metal doors that open at a touch. Smoke comes from the chimney when the fire is lit.
The windows are tintable to six levels from clear to full black by touching the controller located by the front door. The inside and outside can be tinted to different levels if desired. For example, you can make the outside black for privacy and leave the inside clear so you can see out.
The roof texture changes from summer to winter at a touch It's set to owner only so no one else can change it when you aren't home (the demo at my inworld store is set so anyone can change it). It includes snow on the peaks and hanging from the eaves.
Don't let my low prices lead you to believe these are slapped together boxes. I search SL and RL for the best textures I can find and spend many hours making each home as nice as I can. Look around and I'm certain you won't find a better home for the money. Customer service is very important to me and I will do whatever it takes to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.
All of my homes are copy/mod/no trans so you are free to make any changes you like to them. Some of the scripts are no mod and this will cause it to say no mod, but anything besides the scripts can be changed. If there is something you may want changed and don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, I will do my best to help out and make it your own personal home.
