The Admiral's Estate

This is a beautiful 2 floor estate.
The main floor has 2 good sized rooms connected by an outdoor walkway with roses growing up both sides of the railing (plants are not linked to the build so they are easily removed if that's not your thing)

* Now includes a snow covered version- the snow version isnt in the rezzers, if you want to see it let me know and i'll send a LM to one *

The lower floor is also 2 good sized rooms, it is much more private on the lower floor for things you don't want in site :)

It is only 234 prim including the plants and lights.
The lights are on/off by touching the light.

Added Kool Door scripts that are up gradable to the role-play

Materials:
- parts in this build use the new materials textures (normal and specular maps). These result in a much more realistic and viewing experience.
**To see the effects you must have the "Advanced Lighting Model" box checked in Preferences.
