The Topeka is an open concept log home with a loft bedroom, full kitchen, and garage with a covered patio. There is also a brick paved driveway in front of the garage. It has many custom made sculpted parts to keep prims down, such as wood trim parts and windows.
The main level features a great room with a large stone fireplace with timber accents. The fire is touch on/off and smoke emits from the twin chimneys when it's lit.
A kitchen is next to the stairs and has granite countertops, a double oven, and an island with cooktop. The box window by the sink is an ideal place to put some small plants or other accessories. There is a room next to the kitchen that would be perfect for a dining area.
Going up the stairs leads to an open loft that overlooks both the kitchen and great room fireplace. It has custom made railings with wildlife cutouts and a small balcony. Log roof beams and a custom made stained glass window complete the rustic look.
Out back is a covered breezeway and a two car garage. The garage has wood carriage house style doors that open at a touch. They are set to stay open until closed but they can be configured to stay open for a set period of time if you prefer. Simply edit the door configuration notecard in each door. Instructions are in the notecards. The garage floor is concrete and even has those ever present grease stains that every garage floor seems to collect.
As with all my homes, it is packaged using the Rez-Faux system and can easily be moved to the desired location. The kitchen and garage may be deleted after rezzing if not wanted (the patio and driveway are part of the garage linkset so they will also be removed). This will not effect the build in any way and if you decide to use them, rerezzing the house will bring it back to the original state. It is copy so you are free to rez it as often as you need.
Don't let my low prices lead you to believe these are slapped together boxes. I search SL and RL for the best textures I can find and spend many hours making each home as nice as I can. Look around and I'm certain you won't find a better home for the money.
All of my homes are copy/mod/no trans so you are free to make any changes you like to them. Some of the scripts are no mod and this will cause it to say no mod, but anything besides the scripts can be changed. If there is something you may want changed and don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, I will do my best to help out and make it your own personal home.
