[VelTec] VTA-5 Hellfire Missile Pack Version 1.01

[Introduction]
The VTA-5 "Hellfire" Missile Pack is a back-mounted unit worn in place of of jetpack or other back mounted gear,
equipped with smart-targetting/fire control systems patched into a neural interface. This back-mounted missile
launcher is designed to engage both targets on the ground as well as in the air, with auto-lock on systems for fast
air target acquisition.

[Features]
This system comes equipped with a wide array of missile types adaptable to most combat situations. This pack
can be used either in mouselook (be very careful of your targetting!) or in altcam mode (If you get a "target error",
adjust your cam position slightly and try again!), and will automatically lock onto hostile aircraft within your field
of view so you can fire and forget (Otherwise ignores anyone using the same group tag as you).
