Warm Wood Blinds & Curtain Switcher

This item switches between warm light wood blinds and white curtains. In particular, the item provides a window treatment for individual windows with only a single prim for the window. Specifically, the item includes a script to switch between blinds and curtains for the window to which it has been applied. Click on the window after applying the prim and you are presented with a menu for six choices (see last image):

(1) Closed;
(2) Open;
(3) Tinted Glass;
(4) Semi-Opaq;
(5) Opacity;
(6) Reset

Closed shows blinds covering the window (main picture). Open shows a clear transparent texture that appears to be invisible for completely open curtains. Tinted Glass displays a dark tinted glass texture. Semi-Opaq shows white semi-transparent curtains covering the window.

Opacity allows you to adjust the transparency of the blinds, curtains, and tinted glass between four different levels. Each time Opacity is clicked, the transparency is increased until the maximum is reached whereupon it returns to the default setting of minimum transparency. There are four levels of opacity provided. Reset immediately returns the item to the minimum transparency level.

The item is configurable by notecard to operable only by the owner or by anyone.

The prim in this item may be modified and copied. Only the script in the prim may be not be modified, but may be copied and the prim re-sized as you wish and copied to fit windows of different sizes.

Finally, copies of the blinds may be linked together on separate windows (edit the blinds, hold down the shift key and select another copy and then Control L). If you link the copies, clicking on one set of blinds will simultaneously operate the linked copy. You may also link different blinds and curtains together, for example you may link this with Warm Light Wood Blinds.
