The WEC KS4 is modelled on the CorPower Ocean C4 which can be seen at:

It can be used in conjunction with the Related Items below:
* the Power Monitor, to measure the output power
* the Generation Meter, if you have other generators on your sim
* the Energy Storage System, to store the energy for use by consumers
The KS4 has a diameter of 9m, and when floating & idle, extends to about 15m above the water level. It has no modelling of the internal mechanism, but for realism has an access with ladder to the maintenance platform, both of which have animations. Ideally, access to SL 'system water' is desirable for deployment, but it is possible to position it 'off-sim' by linking to an on-sim root prim (instructions given).
When activated, the KS4 will bob up and down with a period of 8s and an amplitude which varies with the wind speed (assumed to determine wave energy). It is operational within the range 2-30m/s (4.5 - 67.5mph).
A simple bottom power take-off is also provided for underwater realism, and a dedicated windspeed meter
