It comes all neatly tucked away in a rez box for your convenience. (strawberry shaped)
Just touch "rez" and move the box to its desired position, select Stealth to get rid of the green floating text and click FINNISH! and delete the rez box.
The house will Rez out from the rezbox so place it at the edge of your land and it should pop out behind it :D

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Not all parts of the house are linked, there are things such as doors that need to be unlinked for the scripts to work interdependently, do not click finish on the rezbox until you have the house in the exact place you want. This will save you a lot of time and fiddling with the loose prims.

It stands 12m high and is 2 stories
