The Dorchester Houseboat comes from the south-coast of England . The green rustic wood outside, the internal stucco walls and the lovely parquet floor gives a very informal feel, An attractive dividing wall splits the living area from the bedroom space.
You will find benches against the walls and a sofa and chair. Benches & sofa have positions for two people and 4 single seating animations each. In addition, the sofas also have two nice couple/cuddle animations. The chair has 4 single sitting poses. These are all done using the AV sitter, so no glitchy animations or pose balls.
None of the furniture or artwork is linked to the building but is included in the rez box. This means you can use them, copy more or not use at all.
