33 Li/prims. + replacement deck that wraps around the "MZ Creations :: Beach House"
The boat house can be colored into what ever color you want. Simply go into edit mode and highlight the "Select Face" option in the build menu. From there you can select the walls and color them to your liking.

Well built.
Enough said. Builder went out of his way to make me comfortable with purchase and answered all my questions. He's doing a lot more work to this house so ask away. I bought this and his Beach house too. Wonderful Designer and I cant' wait to see what his future looks like in SL. TYSM
