Our low lag, fully automatic, no touch Time Metering System is basically a time clock which will meter time on your premises for any number of your employees and provide you with comprehensive in-world and/or email reports. You may use this data for payroll or any other purpose. Additionally the system will provide you hourly and daily traffic counts for the covered area. The system may cover a whole sim, a specific parcel or any area of up to 200x200x25 meters, regardless of the number of avis present in the area at any given time.
The Time Metering System is a complex product consisting of several independent components. This complexity is transparent to its owner. Once installed, the system runs mostly on its own and requires little maintenance. Configuration is simple and the reports are easy to read.
The system consists of three independent components:
- Time Metering Unit (TMU),
- TC Series Traffic Counter (required),
- MPV-E Multipurpose Server (aka Album-N) (optional)
The Time Metering Unit receives data from the Traffic Counter and assembles reports. The TMU object is modifiable so you can change its shape, size and texture. Moreover you may transfer the TMU scripts into any single or multi-prim object of your own, regardless whether or not scripted. The TMU is deedable to groups. Other components ownership has no bearing on the TMU ownership.
As the TMU does no scanning on its own, you MUST purchase separately the Traffic Counter "TC" Series. A single TC series counter will support any number and/or mixture of MP Boards, RAVI's and TMU's in the same area. So in case you already have one of these systems installed in the same area, you don't need to purchase a separate TC Counter for the Time Metering System.
The MPV-E unit is optional. Its usage is beneficial if you have a large and/or frequently changing staff like for instance in a club. It allows to automatically modify the employees list in the TMU by manipulating the pictures in the MPV-E. Besides the MPV-E offers a large number of staff- related features. Of course the MPV-E unit can be deployed in any environment, but in case of a small and more or less constant staff it makes less sense.
