There are no refunds Instead if there are any, bugs or errors or suggested improvements, then send creator notecard detailing the problem, it will be investigated updated re-deliverd.

All products are, copy-mod; DCM allow owners of the products using the assets provided in, personal and non-commercial, creations.

Please note that our products are pre-tested and at affordable prices, with full instructions provided in the User Guide. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, it may be an issue with Second Life itself, but the creators will do their best to update the product to fix, if you work with them. Re-sending is automatic, use the SL website interface. Unfortunately no refunds are available.
