Regal Brick House (with and without basement)
This is my most luxurious house to date. It still has a worn, lived-in feel with wall textures that are a little rough and faded, but the vintage charm and plenty of windows gives it a regal feel. It has a footprint of about 20x24 square meters. The home has three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of those bathrooms is inside the master bedroom, which also has a private balcony.
The main floor has a big open space, rooms off to the sides for kitchen and living areas, and a back room that could be used for a formal dining room, study, music room, or extra sitting room. The basement version has a basement with two rooms.
The house has been built so that most of the rooms can be retextured separately, if desired. It uses some mesh parts, so unlinking it will increase prim count.
There are two versions included. First is a version with a basement (136 Land Impact) that will require terraforming a hole for the house. Then there is the no-basement version (123 Land Impact).
On the basement version, the back porch is not linked due to SL's limitations of how many prims you can link together, so rez the house in edit mode to keep them in position when you move the house.

Very good work, I love it! Since it's made from prims(except windows and doors)and mod I can tweak it however I want. I might even re-build it using some mesh kits I have! The layout is absolutely perfect. Not too big and not too small. I will be buying again!
