This is a small, one-story home with a footprint of about 11x14 square meters. There is one bedroom, one bathroom, and an open living space. The house is constructed so that all rooms can be re-textured separately.
The walls are a bit grungy and have a lived-in feel that makes this cottage different than the gleaming new look a lot of other houses have. The paint is peeling off the windows and doors a bit, and the roof could stand to have some new shingles put on. The proportions are a bit more realistic, without 15 foot tall doors and rooms so huge they dwarf your furniture. If you're looking for a cozy, lived-in feeling, this cottage is for you!
The house uses some mesh parts, so unlinking it will increase prim count.
