Ballinger's Ashland is loosely copied from the rl house built in 1840 by Senator Duncan Kenner, who made fortunes in sugar and horses. Changing ownership after the Civil War, it was renamed Belle Helene.

With a FOOTPRINT of 52m square, the house has 412 LI PRIMS, which include a double Drawing Room with fireplaces, Card Room, Dining Room with Breakfast Nook, Library with fireplace and hidden door to the dining room, large Central Hall and Stair, all surrounded by deep galleries; up the winding staircase are three Bedrooms, plus a three room Master Suite, all having access to the surrounding galleries.

-All doors are owner-contolled.

-The shutters open or close at a touch. They are closed in the box so they'll work properly when you rez it.
-fires are on/off with a touch of the fireplace.

One minor object off on doorway. Fits the period, looks beautiful and is not so big you need to hire a professional decorator to others, it's a royal bargain.
