Ballinger's Ashland is loosely copied from the rl house built in 1840 by Senator Duncan Kenner, who made fortunes in sugar and horses. Changing ownership after the Civil War, it was renamed Belle Helene.

One minor object off on doorway. Fits the period, looks beautiful and is not so big you need to hire a professional decorator to others, it's a royal bargain.
