Apocalypse - an Exosphere Holodeck Scene

This is an Exosphere Holodeck Scene and requires it to be installed in the Exosphere Holodeck .

Apocalypse - experience life in a post-nuclear underground bunker

They finally went and did it! Someone pressed the button. The good news is you made it to the underground nuclear fallout shelter facility before the missiles started to land. But now, many years later, infections have set in, bodies are stacking up and the bunker is running out of food and water. Someone is going to have to take that elevator ride up to the desolate, post-apocalyptic wasteland on the surface. Thanks for volunteering. We think there might be mutant strains up there, so watch out.

Excellent role-play opportunities.

Features include:
- An immersive multi-room fallout shelter & post-apocalypse surface
- Bunk beds, TV, sofas, stores, supplies
- Powerful decontamination shower
- Ride the elevator up to the outside world
- Be careful - big mutant spiders roam around freely up there
- Custom textures and graphics, grunge and decay
- Special effects - smoke, flames, sparks, lights, steam, sounds
- Superb role play capability

The pictures have all been taken from inside this scene and have NOT been retouched in any way, other than to crop them. What you see is what you'll get.

Here's some hints from the Survivors Guide.

The Bunker - Living Space:
Enter through the nuclear blast door. Touch it to activate it and don't panic as the siren sounds,. You'll see the living area ahead. Take heed of the warning on the door about dead bodies, it's too late for them, anyway. There's a couple of beaten-up sofas you can sit on & a TV with an animated screen tuned to the emergency station. In the corner, next to the lockers are two bunk beds, with a set of poses for both upper and lower bunks. There's also an air pump of some kind, emitting sparks.

The Bunker - Rear Storage:
Touch the metal door to open it & pass through to the rear of the bunker. There's metal shelving with ration crates. And there's a Heat Exchanger, but touching it only produces fumes Around the corner are the shower & toilet. To use the toilet, just sit on it & touch the surrounding pipes when you're done to activate the flush (if you're lucky). You may have to try a few times before you touch a pipe that actually works.

The Bunker - Shower:
You can use the emergency decontamination shower if you think you've been exposed to radiation. Sit in the water puddle to get the male/female shower animations, then touch the taps for water on/off. There must be some leakage pollution because the water has a lot of dark sludge mixed in it.

Elevator to the Surface:
Time to pay a visit to the outside world and see who (or what) is still alive. Touch the floor pad of the elevator to activate it & it'll transport you up to the surface. When you've finished exploring, you can return in the same way.

The Surface Wastelands:
Nuclear war hasn't worked out too well for humanity. The devastated landscape includes shattered skyscrapers, broken buildings, smoldering burnt-out cars and mutant spiders, as big as dogs. You'll catch glimpses of them creeping around among the ruins. Some survivors have made a fire up here, and that often attract the spiders, so keep a sharp lookout. Also, there are occasional clouds of poisonous fumes that gather around the elevator entrance, but they clear up fairly quickly.

There's plenty of custom textures and graphics just waiting for your Role Play. Set your viewer to midnight for the best experience.

We've played with this one a few times on my space station. The amount of detail is wonderful.

It will only work with another part, yes its a great build but having to get another piece that costs more is just not right. Until the creator makes the other part separate and less my review stands.
