Authorization menu:

you can set who is allowed to adjust the spotlight. Authorization level can be set to: All, Avatar list, Group, Owner.
If you choose Avatar access list, you can set a password and then avatars who knows the password can add themselves to the database (good if you have some alts, i.e.)
2 ways to do it: Chat commands and menu dialog
As it is copy and you can have more than one rezed, if you want to set all of them at once, use chat commands.
If you want to set only one, use menu.
You only give permission to adjust the lamp, not to use the authorization menu or chat commands, only owner can change the authorization level.

List of commands at the notecard included

Menu will always adjust only one unit, even if you use chat command to pop it up. Each unit that are in range and receive the order will show its own menu dialog.
