The Savannah Shop is a custom quality built mesh building with a low prim count. Easy to modify and re-texture.

The Savannah has a Land impact of approximately 33 prims unfurnished and 68 prims furnished.

The build fits a land size of 1115 m2 with dimensions equal to 33 By 35.

Please be aware of unlinking and linking mesh prims as they can increase the prim count.

I have included a color-tinted version and a white version for you to color as desired.
The building is easy to re-texture but keep in mind the original has built in shadows. The unfurnished versions floor has no shadows.

All furniture is modify-copy and easily removed.

The structure has "Full Bright" turned off to take advantage of in world lighting.

Feel free to modify, if you prefer full bright on for the interior. :)
