This is a spacious multi-entrance biker bar / clubhouse with two levels, interior balcony lofts, two private rooms, a set of bathrooms, rear balcony deck and vehicle access door.

It includes optional accessories such as blinds and curtains, customizable light systems, ceiling fan, bathroom fixtures and additional decor.

Modify and copy permissions allow you to edit and remove or extend the building however you see fit. The raw building is 138 land impact which can be reduced by removing the interior meeting rooms and restrooms if more open space is needed.

Includes an optional access server system that allows granting control of lights, doors, blinds and curtains to additional avatars (such as club managers) that can be entered via a notecard or granted via group access. Or just use as is, everything is set up and ready to go.

Lights, doors, and other scripted accessories can all be accessed using the touch-and-hold menu system. Click on an item to use it normally, or click and hold to bring up the advanced menu. Full instruction note for the access server system included if you want to further customize your setup.

Instructions:
1. Rez the Rez-Free rezzer
2. position it, click Rez from the rezzer menu, and give it several seconds to rez the parts. Continue to adjust the rezzer position to move the building parts to the desired location.
3. When satisfied with the building position, choose FINISH! from the rezzer menu and delete the rezzer or take it back into inventory.
4. Move the access server from the middle of the floor and tuck it away somewhere OR simply delete it if you do not need to grant device control access to additional avatars.
